Terms of Service

☆ Please read fully before commissioning me ☆

☆ I reserve the right to decline any and all commissions for any reason.☆ Slots are NOT first come first serve.☆ I will only have 2 commission slots open at a time.☆ Live2D models will be runtime only files. Clients will not be given the Live2D project files.☆ Commissions have a deadline of 3 - 5 months upon receiving payment.☆ If you would like to negotiate a deadline, you may be charged extra.☆ I will be showcasing model art/movement on my portfolio + social media unless told to delay. Please communicate with me if you would like for me to delay a showcase/not stream the process of creating the work.☆ Please credit me on social media in an easy to read area. @mamo_yano☆ By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms.

Payment & Refund

☆ 50% Payment MUST be given upfront before I begin the commission.☆ The last 50% of the total cost must be paid at the halfway point of the commission.☆ A payment plan option is available upon discussion with client.☆ I will not take payment for your commission until I am ready to begin.☆ Invoices will be sent via Stripe or PayPal in USD.☆ You may receive a full refund before I begin or must cancel your commission. Once I begin, you will NOT receive a refund.

Process

☆ I will be contacting those whose applications I have accepted☆ Discussions with client for the final quote will be done before the invoice is sent out.☆ Sketches will be sent out to client for approval. Once approved, lining and coloring will begin. Client will be asked for flat color approval before shading begins. Major changes cannot be made after this point without a fee.☆ Rigging check-ins will occur for the head angles and body angles. After these check-ins, no major changes can be made without an extra fee.☆ Once a commission has reached it's halfway point to completion, the final invoice will be sent to the client for the remainder of the commission price.

☆ Please provide colored character design reference/ reference sheet☆ Half Body models do NOT include hands☆ Client will be given full PSD with an expression of choice to provide to their rigger

☆ Rig Only ☆

☆ Please provide a PSD of your model split properly and in a symmetrical, default position. If the model is not properly split, I will charge a correction fee based on the extent of the fixing needed. If you need help on splitting your model correctly I recommend looking at this document.☆ Chibi models include:
Head XYZ, body YZ, eye blinking/smiling, mouth shapes, eyebrow shapes, simple physics for hair/clothing/accessories, and an expression of your choice.☆ Half Body models include:
Head XYZ, body XYZ, eye blinking/smiling/widening, mouth shapes, eyebrow shapes, physics for eyes/hair/clothing/accessories, and an expression of your choice.☆ Full Body models include:
